Housing for Vulnerable People
We offer safe and secure housing for single individuals, couples, and families, including the homeless and high-risk tenants. We can also work along side other care experts to provide Leaving Care to young people who are moving out of foster homes.
Supporting Our Tenants
We provide ongoing support services such as budgeting advice, assistance with benefits, mental health support, food vouchers, medical appointment help, advocacy, and safeguarding referrals to help residents build a stable future.

At Secured Foundation, we provide safe, secure, and supportive housing across the North East of England.
Our services extend to Darlington, County Durham, Middlesbrough, Hartlepool, Redcar & Cleveland, Stockton and Hull. We are dedicated to offering a stable foundation for individuals, couples, and families who need it most.
Our property portfolio includes various housing options: four-bedroom and three-bedroom properties for single use occupancy, family houses with two to four bedrooms, and single-use flats that can also accommodate parents with children or couples. Each property is designed to offer a welcoming and supportive environment, helping our residents build a better future.

Who We Help
