Transitional Housing provides a secure and practical housing solution for individuals and families who have lost their accommodation within the Private Rented Sector (PRS) or owner-occupier market and are unable to access suitable alternative housing. Our service assists those at risk of homelessness by offering safe, stable, and affordable accommodation during periods of housing uncertainty.

Working in partnership with a Registered Provider, Transitional delivers an alternative housing pathway that helps vulnerable households maintain stability while addressing their longer-term housing needs.

Rent payments are made directly to the Registered Provider through Universal Credit, residents benefit from reduced financial stress and greater peace of mind. As they are renting from a regulated and governed organisation, tenants can be confident that properties are maintained to appropriate standards and managed professionally.

In addition to quality accommodation, residents have access to a range of services that are often unavailable through private landlords, including responsive maintenance teams and out-of-hours assistance.
