What We Do

At Secured Foundation, we are committed to transforming lives by providing quality housing and support.

Our housing solutions are designed to provide stability and a sense of community for those in need. Support is tailored to each client’s needs, varying in amount, nature, and timing.

Housing for Vulnerable People

We offer safe and secure housing for single individuals, couples, and families, including the homeless and high-risk tenants. We can also work along side other care experts to provide Leaving Care to young people who are moving out of foster homes.

Supporting Our Tenants

We provide ongoing support services such as budgeting advice, assistance with benefits, mental health support, food vouchers, medical appointment help, advocacy, and safeguarding referrals to help residents build a stable future.

Our Housing & Where We Operate

At Secured Foundation, we provide safe, secure, and supportive housing across the North East of England.

Our services extend to Darlington, County Durham, Middlesbrough, Hartlepool, Redcar & Cleveland, Stockton and Hull. We are dedicated to offering a stable foundation for individuals, couples, and families who need it most.

Our property portfolio includes various housing options: four-bedroom and three-bedroom properties for single use occupancy, family houses with two to four bedrooms, and single-use flats that can also accommodate parents with children or couples. Each property is designed to offer a welcoming and supportive environment, helping our residents build a better future.

Who We Help

We provide safe, secure, and supportive housing to a range of individuals, families and those with unique circumstances.

We support a diverse group of clients, including those with financial implications, homelessness, prison leavers, and individuals facing mental health issues or addiction.

Singles

We support individuals, both males and females, ensuring they receive the help they need to achieve stability and independence.

Families

We assist families with children, including those fleeing domestic violence or facing other critical circumstances.

Couples

We offer tailored support for couples, helping them navigate their unique challenges and achieve stability together under one roof.

Young People Leaving Care

We work alongside care experts to provide Leaving Care to young people who are moving out of foster homes or other forms of government care.
