Initial Assessment

A Tenant Information File is created, and a Tenancy Pre-Assessment Session is scheduled.

Housing Decision

Based on the assessment, referral data, and the client’s input, a suitable housing option and support plan are confirmed.

Support Plan

The support plan determines the schedule and nature of the support services provided.

Move-In Assistance

Welcome Visit

A support team member visits the client upon move-in to ensure they are settled.

Core Tenancy Support

Assistance with GP registration, banking, utility bill setup, and local area orientation.

Multiple Sessions

This initial support may span several sessions due to its comprehensive nature.
